건물정문 바로앞에 버스정류장 있으며 단대오거리.신흥역.모란역.수내역.서현역.장지역.산성역에서 버스타고15분내외입니다
★ 개인좌석 3자리입니다 9월중순에 퇴실하셨습니다 회의실공간도 따로 있어 겹치지 않는 시간이면 자유롭게
사용하시면 됩니다

1.창밖으로 보이는 남한산성 맑은공기를 마시며 일하실수 있습니다 실제로 건강이 좀좋아졌습니다
2.4500원 메뉴가 매일바뀌는 구내식당 우선은 깔끔하구 제입맛에는 최고인듯~
3.무료주차1시간 한달 유료주차 부가세포함 55000원입니다 방문객주차는 1시간 무료입니다
4.최신식 건물이며 많은 휴게공간 로비에 탁구대도 있습니다 손님이 오셨을때 이미지향상에 좋습니다
5.남녀개별화장실(비데설치) 제방보다 깔끔하며 1층에 편의시설이 있어 불편함이 없습니다

1200 책상.의자.정수기.1회선유무선인터넷.복합기.시스템냉난방.회의실.원두커피 친해지면 가끔 같이 회식도 쏩니다^^
★ 비용 및 쉐어상세내용
개인좌석 13만 (한달월세 예치금) 금액은 업종과 나이때에 따라 협의입니다
관리비는 저희부담이며 전기세만 인원수N/1입니다(1만원정도 나오며 산업용전기라 저렴합니다) 사업자등록은 불가입니다
팀별로 모시는걸 우선으로 하나 개별도 상관은 없습니다 업종은 T/M근무와 비매너근무 시끄럽지 않은 업종
이면 좋겠습니다 저희는 상주인원 2명~3명정도입니다
근무시간은 너무늦은 시간까지 야근하지 않는 업종이셨으면 좋겠습니다 저희는 7시정도 퇴근 가끔야근입니다
★ 기타사항
금액적인 부분은 다른 쉐어사무실보다 저렴한걸로 알고 있습니다 금액적으로 이익을 보겠다는 취지보다는 휑해 보이는 사무실이 좀 그래보여 글을 올립니다 모시는 성별은 크게 상관없습니다
서로에게 전혀 터치없이 자유롭게 사무실을 사용하며 서로에게 기본적인 매너만 지켜주신다면 더할나위 없겠습니다 업무적인 협조보다는 재밌구 활기찬 그런 사무실을 꿈꿉니다^^
